Avocado Milk
Avocado milk may seem like another attempt to turn (literally) anything into a milky counterpart for your morning coffee. But Avocado milk is far from it. If anything, Avocado milk is the best possible drink to start your morning, giving you the sweetness and energy any cup o’ joe has. During my summers spent at my cousin’s house in New Jersey, their mother Tisam (who is also from Morocco) would make this every morning. It reminds me of sunny days in July, a walk through the trails, and a sweet start to the perfect summer day.
