Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 cup pumpkin puree, frozen into cubes
1/2 banana, frozen
1 cup frozen cauliflower (or 1 frozen banana)
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup milk of choice
1/2 tp vanilla extract
dash of salt
DIRECTIONS
Blend everything together until well combined and thick
Drizzle peanut butter in the glass
Add peanut butter puffins on the bottom and pour smoothie into glass
Garnish with peanut butter, peanut butter puffins, and pumpkin spice
Dive in!
