Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Dessert for breakfast! If you know me, you know my sweet tooth in the morning is persistent. She want’s dessert, specifically for breakfast.

Of course we value getting our nutrients first thing in the morning, and this smoothie is packed with them! This sweet and autumnally flavored smoothie will make your heart warm, and make sure you’re getting the nutrients your body needs to kick start the day.

So put on your cozy playlist, grab your blender, and dive in!

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree, frozen into cubes

  • 1/2 banana, frozen

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower (or 1 frozen banana)

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/3 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 tp vanilla extract

  • dash of salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend everything together until well combined and thick

  2. Drizzle peanut butter in the glass

  3. Add peanut butter puffins on the bottom and pour smoothie into glass

  4. Garnish with peanut butter, peanut butter puffins, and pumpkin spice

  5. Dive in!
