This easy, affordable, and delicious creamy dip is the plant-based version of Tzatziki, a staple at any greek home or Mediterranean restaurant. Bringing inspiration from Trader Joe’s new vegan tzatziki, this version used vegan cream cheese for a high-fat content base but uses all of the traditional accompaniments that make this dish the perfect mezze platter for any spring or summer day.
